How to use
Tear open one stick, pour it into chilled water — anywhere from 500ml up to 750ml — stir or shake, and drink.
500ml gives you the fullest flavour; 750ml is the most we’d suggest for a lighter drink. Anywhere between the two is down to your preference — minimum 500ml, maximum 750ml.
No — hydr8 isn’t made for hot water. It’s meant to be mixed with chilled water and enjoyed cold, especially in the heat.
