We want every customer to receive our products in good condition and enjoy a smooth hydration experience. Since HYDR8 is a consumable food and beverage product, we are unable to accept returns once the product has been opened, used, or tampered with.
Due to the nature of our product, we only accept returns or refund requests in the following cases:
The product received is damaged.
The wrong item was delivered.
The product is missing from your order.
The product packaging is defective or clearly compromised at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Refund requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your order.

Proof: Please attach clear photos or videos showing the issue with the product or packaging.
Once your request is reviewed, we will notify you whether your refund or replacement has been approved.
Where possible, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
Opened or used products.
Products damaged after delivery.
Change of mind after purchase.
Incorrect product selection by the customer.
Products purchased from third-party retailers or resellers.
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped or handed over for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
If your refund is approved, it will be processed through the original payment method where possible. Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

We have a 05-day return policy, which means you have 05 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, discount codes or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
